Email support

Support is email-based with a 24-hour initial response, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Send bug reports, questions, and feature requests to support@kuberstar.com, or use the support page above. We monitor and reply to Marketplace reviews.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 Asia/Yerevan. Email is the only support channel - we do not run a support phone line.

Email support@kuberstar.com

How to report a bug: email support@kuberstar.com with the URL of your Jira site, the policy you configured, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot of the issue helps us reproduce it fast.

Security vulnerabilities: report these to security@kuberstar.com rather than the support address, and please do not open a public issue. The security mailbox is monitored on business days. See the FileWarden security policy for the remediation timelines we commit to.

Common questions

Answers, at a glance.

How fast will I hear back?

Support is email-based with a 24-hour initial response, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We also monitor and reply to Marketplace reviews.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@kuberstar.com with the URL of your Jira site, the policy you configured, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps us reproduce the problem quickly.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Email security@kuberstar.com rather than the support address, and please do not open a public issue. Reports are acknowledged, and the reporter is told what the assessed severity is and when a fix is expected. There is no bug bounty programme and no reward is offered; reports are welcome regardless.

FileWarden

Attachment governance for Jira, built on Atlassian Forge. Runs entirely on Atlassian-hosted compute, with no external network egress.

How do I report a FileWarden bug?

Email support@kuberstar.com with your Jira site URL, the policy you configured, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot of the issue and the FileWarden comment helps us reproduce it quickly.

Where is the FileWarden documentation?

The FileWarden product page documents what the app does, the policy options, and the scopes it requests. The privacy and security pages cover data handling and vulnerability reporting.

Can I request a FileWarden feature?

Yes. Send feature requests to support@kuberstar.com. The secret and PII content scan, compliance templates, reversible quarantine, per-project rules, and CSV audit export all came from real admin needs.

Pixrim

A private, on-device image converter and toolkit for iPhone. Every conversion runs locally; nothing is uploaded.

Which formats does Pixrim support?

Pixrim converts between HEIC, JPG/JPEG, PNG and PDF, and can compress, resize, and change the DPI of your images. Everything runs locally on your device.

Which devices are supported?

Pixrim is an iPhone app and runs on a current version of iOS. If a feature is not working on your device, email us the model and iOS version and we will look into it.

Do my photos ever leave my device?

No. Every conversion, resize, compression, and DPI change happens entirely on your iPhone using Apple's on-device frameworks. Your images are never uploaded to us or to any third party.

How do I delete my data?

Pixrim has no accounts and collects no personal data, so there is nothing stored on our side to delete. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes any temporary files it created.

What does Pixrim Pro include?

Pixrim Pro unlocks every format and removes limits. It is available as a one-time purchase (lifetime) or a yearly subscription. You can use the core tools without Pro.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Pixrim, go to Settings inside the app, and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pixrim Pro access is tied to your Apple Account, so it restores on any device signed in with the same account.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.
