kuberstar.com (the “site”) is operated by KUBERSTAR LLC (“KUBERSTAR”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the site or submitting the Start a Project form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

KUBERSTAR is a product and engineering studio. This site is informational: it presents our work, our product catalog, and a way to start a conversation. Product listings are descriptions of what we have built, not offers or guarantees, and individual products may be governed by their own separate terms.

The Start a Project form lets you tell us about a potential engagement. Submitting it is an invitation for us to talk - it does not create a contract, a commitment, or an obligation on either side. Any work we take on is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

• Provide accurate information, and only information you are entitled to share.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, confidential, or harmful content through the form.
• Do not use the form for spam, bulk, or automated submissions, or to probe or abuse it.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, gain unauthorized access to, or breach the security of the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy the site at scale, or reverse engineer it, except where the law expressly permits.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate KUBERSTAR.

The site and its content - text, design, graphics, the KUBERSTAR name and logo, and product names - are owned by KUBERSTAR LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for your own informational use; no other license is granted. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The site links to third-party websites and product listings (for example, app stores and our products’ own domains). We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following them is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We work to keep information current but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KUBERSTAR LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from your use of - or inability to use - the site.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at KUBERSTAR LLC’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law.
