ToolboxLog
iOS App
ToolboxLog is our own iOS product, built for foremen and small trade contractors who are on the hook for a safety record they currently keep on paper. The app ships a library of 132 toolbox talks across 22 hazard categories, every one of them carrying the citation it was written from, in English and Spanish; it captures attendance and a finger signature per crew member on the phone, and renders the meeting as a PDF on device. The whole flow is built to run at 6:45am in a basement or past the last cell tower: a local SwiftData store, no account, no login, and no network call anywhere on the path from opening a talk to holding the signed document. It also encodes the meeting-cadence and record-retention rules for California, Oregon and Washington, each with the regulation it comes from, so the app can say when the next talk is due rather than leaving that to memory.
Highlights

Features
Signed PDF, Rendered On Device
Attendance and a finger signature per crew member, drawn into a document the app produces itself - the artifact an inspector or an insurer actually asks for.
A Library With Sources
132 talks across 22 hazard categories, each carrying the regulation it was written from rather than an anonymous safety tip.
Written Twice, Not Translated Once
Every talk exists in English and Spanish, and the interface follows, because the crew being briefed is frequently not reading the same language as the foreman.
State Rules As Data
Meeting cadence and record-retention requirements for California, Oregon and Washington, each with its citation, so the app can say when the next talk is due.
Offline By Construction
A local SwiftData store and no account. The only network calls are the App Store talking to itself about a subscription and an anonymous, deferrable usage count.
Widget And Purchases
A WidgetKit extension for the next due talk, and StoreKit subscriptions with a free tier that is a real one rather than a timer.
Who it's For
Foremen and 5-50 person trade contractors keep the records; this record exists for teams evaluating KUBERSTAR for native iOS work.
