From kickoff to launch
Every project moves through the same four phases - Discover, Design, Build, and Launch - so you always know where things stand, what comes next, and when you'll see working software. No noise, no half-finished handoffs.
Idea to launch,
without the noise
Discover
Understand your product, goals, users, and technical landscape. Define what success looks like.
Design
Shape the product with precision and clear intent. Architecture, UX, and technical decisions - upfront.
Build
Ship fast with a modern stack and AI-assisted workflow. Production-quality code from day one.
Launch
Polished, tested, deployed. No half-finished handoffs - a real product, ready for users.
What actually happens, phase by phase
A typical project moves through all four phases in sequence. Overall timelines vary with scope - the ranges below are rough relative guides, not fixed quotes, and we pin real dates down together during Discover.
- 01
Discover
We start by understanding your product, goals, users, and the technical landscape you already have. We map the problem, surface constraints and risks early, and agree on what success actually looks like - so the scope is grounded before any code is written. The deeper the existing system, the longer this takes.
Usually a few days to a couple of weeks
- 02
Design
With the problem clear, we shape the product with intent: architecture, data model, key flows, and UX decisions made upfront rather than discovered halfway through the build. You see the direction and the technical approach before we commit to it, which is where most costly rework gets avoided.
Typically one to a few weeks, depending on surface area
- 03
Build
We ship in focused iterations on a modern stack with an AI-assisted workflow, writing production-quality code from day one. You get working software early and often, not a black box that surfaces at the end, so feedback lands while it is still cheap to act on. Timeline scales directly with the feature set.
The largest phase - weeks to a few months, scaling with scope
- 04
Launch
We get the product polished, tested, and deployed to production - no half-finished handoffs. That covers final QA, performance and security hardening, the deployment pipeline, and the monitoring to keep it healthy after release. The result is a real product your users can rely on, not a prototype.
Wraps the build - days to a couple of weeks of hardening
